Clover Online Dashboard Overview

Hi, and welcome back to Clover Online. Let’s show you how to manage your orders, products and more.

But first, it's important to note that this support section is for clients who added the Clover Online application to their Clover.com account. If you're using Clover Online only and do not use other Clover services, such as Clover POS, then please hop over to the Clover Online only videos.

You’ll also need to install Clover Online. If you haven’t already and need help doing so, you might want to check out our welcome and checklist video.

Ok, log into clover.com if you aren’t already. Click on the Clover Online app, which will redirect you to your Clover Online administrator’s dashboard.

Take a look around. Clover Online was built with simplicity in mind, so all the essentials are right here in front of you. Click “fulfill” to view your orders and “manage” to review your products. One quick note about products: since you are a Clover Register user and added them in the Clover Inventory app, you’ll need to edit them in that environment.

However, you will still add images and product descriptions right here in Clover Online, so let’s show you how to do that now. Click “manage” under products. Then, click on a product you’d like to edit.

Here’s where you can add and edit your product description. Now I’ll scroll down to my image editor. There are two ways you can add an image to Clover Online. One is to simply drag and drop the image from your desktop.

The other is to upload the image from another location in your computer. Ok, now I’ll save these edits and head back to the dashboard.

Continuing on, you can click “Review” to add and manage shipping rates. Down here, you can click “browse themes” to add a new design theme, or “customize” to edit your existing theme. Finally, to view your account details, click “review” from this box.

You can also go into your live website by clicking up here in the upper right hand corner. One final note is, you can also access all of the management functions from the menu on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
