Why Don't I See My Products In My Live Site?

Have you added products through your administrative interface, but can't see them on your live site? No worries, they probably aren't marked as an active product. Determine what kind of account you have and follow the appropriate instructions. 

Go into your products list by clicking the hamburger menu of your Clover Online and selecting "Products" from the drop down. 

Do a quick search for the product, and then click on the name to edit the product details. 

 

Just to the bottom right of where you put your product description, you'll see a box next to "Active Product." Make sure that box is checked. 

Save your changes. Then, go into your live store and refresh your browser. Now your product will be available for sale.
