Clover Online gives you options to easily create your own webpages. These are designed for you to add pages where customers WON’T buy things from your site such as, “Contact Us” or, “Our Story.”
Clover Online has created a, “Contact Us” template for you by default, so let's take a look at customizing that page. Go to your Clover Online administrator's dashboard if you aren't there already. Scroll over to the design section and click "Customize."
Go to the top of your theme. You'll see a dropdown next to "Page." Click the dropdown, then click on "Contact Us," since that's the page we want to edit.
From here, go ahead and fill in the "Contact Us" details. Be sure whoever is on the receiving end of the contact information is ready to respond in a timely, polite, and professional manner, as providing a poor contact would defeat the point of this page.
After you add your contact information, there are two default options that you can choose to keep or remove. The first is a field for the customers to leave their name, phone, email address, and/or a personal note. If you'd like to keep this function, leave it as is. If not, simply click within the field and change the slider next to "Show contact form" to the left, where it will turn white to indicate it has been turned off. Click save if you've made changes to this function.
Similarly, you can provide a map to your brick-and-mortar store.
Your store address has been pre-loaded from your business information. Just like the above step, click within the field if you'd like to remove the map from your contact us page, and click save when you're done.
If at any point you’d like to see how your progress will look live, click the “Preview” tab in the upper right-hand corner of your theme editor. To submit your changes, click "Publish."
