How to Manage Reviews in Clover Online Listings

Similar to updating your business information and spreading it across the web, Clover Online Listings lets you monitor your reviews in one easy-to-manage place.

To get started, log into Clover Online if you aren't already. Then click "review" from the administrative tool bar on the left-hand side of your screen. This is where you'll be able to monitor and/or reply to reviews. 


For the review sites that allow replies, click the gear icon then "Reply on REVIEW SITE NAME."


This will open a new tab, directly on the third-party site (in the example from the screen shot above, directly on Facebook). After you have replied the status will be changed to "Replied on Facebook."


You'll also notice an "Email Review" option from the gear dropdown. Clicking that will generate an email window that can be sent to anyone. You can send a great review to friends, family, or any sort of mailing list to help promote your brand.
